But somewhere along the way, they stop checking in with themselves.

I created A Year for You because I wanted to create a place where people like you could gently put themselves back on their own priority list, without guilt, pressure or judgement.

Not with another course to complete.
Not with pressure to become a different person.

But with a supportive community where you can pause, reconnect with yourself, build self-belief and make yourself a priority again, one small step at a time.
