Press the Pause

A free live wellbeing session to help you step out of the busyness and reconnect with yourself.

If life has been feeling full lately - lots to think about, lots to do and not much space left for you - this is your invitation to pause.

No fixing.
No keeping up.
Just a little time to breathe, reflect and notice what you need.

Wednesday 7 October | 7pm | Online

What we’ll explore together

This isn’t about giving you more things to do.

It’s an opportunity to slow things down for an hour and explore:

🌿 What happens when life becomes so full that you stop noticing how you’re actually feeling

🌿 Some of the early signs that stress may be taking more from you than you realise

🌿 Why pressing pause isn’t selfish or unproductive

🌿Simple ways to create a little more space for yourself in everyday life

You’ll leave with something to reflect on, something practical to try and, I hope, a little more space to breathe.

Is Press the Pause for you?

This session might be just what you need if...

🌿 Life feels full, even when nothing is particularly “wrong”.
🌿 You spend a lot of time thinking about what everyone else needs.
🌿 You’ve noticed you’re more tired, reactive or stretched than usual.
🌿 You know you need some space for yourself, but rarely seem to create it.

You don't need to be at breaking point to give yourself permission to pause.

Why I created Press the Pause

For years, I was very good at keeping going.

A busy career. Leadership. Family. Responsibilities. Being the person other people could rely on.

And like so many capable people, I didn’t always notice what all that “coping” was costing me.

My own experience of chronic stress taught me something important:

We shouldn’t have to reach breaking point before we give ourselves permission to pause.

That’s why I created Press the Pause.

Not to give you another list of things you should be doing for your wellbeing.

But to give you an hour where you can stop, notice what’s going on for you and reconnect with what you need.

Because sometimes the most useful thing we can do isn’t push harder.

It’s to pause long enough to listen.
