A little more
about me,
and why I do
what I do
What matters to me
I believe you shouldn’t have to wait until you’re running on empty to make space for yourself.
After years of leading teams and supporting others, I know how easily your own needs can slip down the list.
My work is about helping you recognise stress earlier, reconnect with what matters to you and make small, sustainable changes that fit your real life.
You deserve a life that has room for you, too.
How I work with you
My approach combines professional coaching, practical wellbeing tools and an understanding of what it’s like to carry responsibility.
We’ll begin by pressing pause and noticing what’s happening for you.
From there, we’ll explore what your Brain, Body and Being need, and find small changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
There’s no one-size-fits-all formula.
We’ll work together to find what feels right for you.
A little more of the person
behind the coach
Away from coaching, I love spending time in nature. Living close to the Norfolk countryside and coast gives me plenty of opportunities to slow down, get outside and enjoy the simple things.
Whether I’m walking with Star, our Labrador, or spending time with family, I’m reminded that wellbeing isn’t about having everything perfectly balanced.
It’s about noticing what you need and making room for the people, places and moments that matter to you.
Press the Pause isn’t just something I teach.
It’s something I practise in my own life, too.

Ready to make a little more space for you?
You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk. Sometimes a conversation is simply the best place to begin.
